We want you to feel clear, supported and confident when you purchase from us.
Our products include digital downloads, toolkits, trackers, PDFs, Google Sheets planners, ebooks and print-on-demand books, and each format has its own rules around returns.

This policy explains what can be refunded, what cannot, and how to get help if something isn’t right.

1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

This includes:

  • PDFs, guides, digital booklets

  • Toolkits + trackers

  • Google Sheets planners

  • Notion files

  • Templates

  • Habit trackers

  • Digital bundles

  • GLP Reset™ downloads

  • Slow Money Movement™ downloads

Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

No refunds are issued for:

  • PDF downloads

  • Google Sheets planners

  • Instant-access digital products

  • Notion templates

  • Digital bundles

  • “Change of mind” after download

If you have trouble accessing your files, email us — we will always help you open or reaccess your purchase.

1a Digital Gift Cards

Because our Gift Cards are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the gift card has been issued.

This is to prevent:

  • Duplicate use

  • Unauthorised sharing

  • Fraud or accidental redemption

However — if there is a technical error on our side (for example, a payment is taken but the gift card is not received), we will of course resolve this promptly.

You are eligible for support if:

  • Your gift card fails to arrive

  • You receive the wrong value

  • There is a confirmed system error

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will:

  • Reissue your gift card, or

  • Provide a full refund where appropriate

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The gift card has already been accessed or redeemed

  • You change your mind after delivery

  • The recipient does not wish to use the gift card

By purchasing this digital gift card, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery is instant

  • You waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right once access is provided

2. Print Books (Paperback / Hardcover)

Our physical books are fulfilled through Amazon KDP or IngramSpark, meaning all print orders follow the retailer’s return and refund policy.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • your book arrives damaged

  • pages are missing

  • the wrong title is delivered

  • the print is faulty

Please request the refund directly through the retailer where you placed the order.

2A. Kindle Ebooks (Amazon Kindle Store)

Kindle editions are sold exclusively through Amazon, not directly by us.

This means:

  • Refunds follow Amazon’s Kindle refund policy

  • You must request a refund via Amazon → Your Orders → Digital Orders

  • Amazon may allow refunds within a short window depending on region/account history

  • We cannot issue a refund for Kindle purchases because we do not process the transaction or receive customer details

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders for digital or print products can be refunded up until the date the product is delivered.

Once delivered (digitally or physically), the purchase falls under the rules for digital or print items listed above.

4. Technical Issues

If you encounter any technical issues accessing your files, we will always help.

We can:

  • resend download links

  • provide alternative access

  • manually email files

  • assist with Google Sheets permissions

  • send alternative formats if available

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds, but we will make sure you receive everything you purchased.

5. Coaching, Consultancy or Services

Service-based purchases (consultations, audits, digital setup, sessions) are non-refundable once delivered or started.
If a package was purchased by mistake, contact us before any work begins.

6. Store Credit (Rare Exceptions)

In situations that fall outside this policy but warrant a goodwill gesture, we may issue:

  • store credit

  • a digital product exchange of equal value

Store credit is valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.
