Print-on-demand books

Physical books sold directly through this website are print-on-demand, meaning each copy is produced specifically for your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • exchange rates, and/or

  • international transaction fees

We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment processor.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are fulfilled by our print partner and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates (where shown) may vary depending on location.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Digital downloads- You’ll receive instant access after checkout (no physical delivery).

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

In summary:

  • Print-on-demand items are made to order and are not refundable for change of mind

  • If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

7. Digital Products

Digital downloads are provided for personal use only.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, If a file is faulty, we’ll resend or replace it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including books, downloads, text, images, branding, and product materials) is owned by us or licensed for use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our content without written permission.
