Common questions
My sign-in link expired.
Links are single-use and time-limited for security. Go back to your Debt Hub or Dashboard sign-in page and request a fresh one with your purchase email.
I didn't get the email.
Give it a minute, then check your spam and promotions folders. Make sure you're using the exact email you bought with. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll get you in.
Which email should I use?
The email you used at checkout. If you're not sure which one, contact us and we'll help you find it.
How do I get a book or download I bought?
Your books and downloads are available on the confirmation page right after checkout, and emailed to you as well. Save the file somewhere safe — it's yours to keep. They don't use a sign-in link. If a download link has expired or you can't find the email, contact us with your purchase email and we'll re-send it.
I bought the Set — how do I get both?
Both are unlocked to the same email. Sign in to either app with your purchase email and you'll have access to both.
I can't find my access.
First, make sure you're using your purchase email and check your spam folder. If you're still stuck, contact us with the name and email you bought under and we'll sort it out.
Do I need to install anything?
No — both open in any modern browser, on phone or desktop.
